PTS operates both in the UK and internationally, in four distinct areas; Pavement Assessment Surveys, UKPMS Condition Surveys, Construction Materials Testing and Certification.
We operate our UKAS accredited laboratory, specialising in advanced asphalt testing and mixture development, from our base in Preston, Lancashire. Certification services offer ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, Factory production control, CE Marking, Product assessment as part of Product Acceptance Scheme to MCHW SHW Volume 1 Clause 104.15 and 104.16.
Our accreditation is limited to those activities described on our 4076 UKAS schedule of accreditation.

Data Driven Pavement Expertise
PTS operate the latest, state-of-the art technology including the PTS - MFV which utilises the Laser Crack Measurement System 2nd Gen (LCMS2) giving line-laser scanning technology to produce a 3D model of the pavement surface.

Our modern and versatile, UKAS accredited testing facility provides a range of cementitious, aggregate, and geological testing to fulfil our clients’ specific needs.
